This is a gym for people who want to train hardcore- Think bodybuilding, powerlifting, explosive sports etc. Brand new machines including a pendulum squat, vertical leg press and upper body machines I’ve only seen professional bodybuilders use. Gym owner is a super chill guy who has competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting and takes pride in his gym. Can’t wait to go back and tell my friends about it
